Hand of Hope has established strong partnerships with employers both locally and internationally to facilitate job placements for Kenyans. We ensure candidate suitability through formal interviews and thorough verification of academic and professional certificates. Our comprehensive job search databank provides employers with immediate access to a pool of qualified and vetted candidates.

Access to clean and safe drinking water remains a challenge for many Kenyan communities, particularly those living in arid and semi-arid regions and urban slums. In these areas, sanitation services are often inadequate or completely lacking, exposing residents to serious health and environmental risks. In some slums, raw sewage flows through open trenches near homes, creating hazardous living conditions. Hand of Hope is committed to changing this reality. We actively work to improve access to clean water by drilling boreholes in underserved areas, including slums and drought-prone regions. Our ongoing projects aim not only to provide clean, consumable water but also to establish proper sanitation systems that promote public health and dignity.

The focus of Hand Of Hope is to uplift the lives of people in distress and targets inmates, street children and children orphaned by HIV/AIDS. In the food for life program, we supply food to several children homes on a weekly basis. Drought stricken communities in North Eastern parts of Kenya have also received food supplies from us. Inmates at Kamiti maximum prison get supplies of food, uniforms, mattresses, slippers and toiletries from the organization. We donate learning resource materials to schools and pay fees for students from disadvantaged families. We also collaborate with registered CBOs by funding viable projects hence facilitating consistent income generation to members in these groups..

Many businesses started by Kenyans close due to poor management and lack of know-how. Hand of Hope offers free consultancy on business structure, management, and evaluation of funding proposals. We make appropriate recommendations and help allocate finances to viable business projects, enhancing our mission to fight poverty.

This initiative promotes education, health, sports, and community development activities among Kenyan youth across constituencies. It empowers youth through investment, education, and awareness—key pillars in the fight against poverty.

KUNSI supports university students from underprivileged backgrounds to pursue higher education. This initiative upholds the right to education, promotes intellectual achievement, and preserves the dignity of economically disadvantaged students.
